On Nov 7th , Mr. Mik Pieniazek, a senior lecturer in Product Design from De-Montfort University visited BNUZ and offered a workshop for students in Dual Degree Programs. He offered model classes and portfolio guidance for the students.
During the model class, Mr.Pieniazek offered students a lecture with group discussions and classroom guidance, which gave students a taste of what British university classes are like. By the end of the session students had a much clearer idea of the requirements of UK universities.
After the workshop, Mr. Pieniazek also had a meeting with Miss Jane Chen, who is the programme leader of the Product Design Dual Degree Programmme. She had a discussion with Mr.Pieniazek on how to promote the programs, and they made an agreement to set up an online Product Design exhibition. They also agreed to set up more exchange programmes in the future.
