BNUZ has started exchanged programs since 2009, up till now has been sending and receiving exchange students with 13 universities, namely Saint Mary's University, Cape Breton University, Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, Universidad Complutense, Universite De Nantes, Université de Rennes 1, Niigata University, Bunkyo University, National Central University, Fu Jen Catholic University, Tainan University of Technology, Providence University, I-Shou University.

For the year 2016, BNUZ has sent 91 studnets and received 10 international studnets for exchange programs.
