In the afternnon of November 7th, Mr. Philip Beaton, the property lecturer of UniSA and Ms. Sally Kok, Associate Director from UniSA International Office visited BNUZ. Dr. Chunyan Gan, Director of Office of International Exchange & Cooperation welcomed the guests in Muduo Building.
Later, Philip delivered an academic lecture relevant to property valuation to students in School of Real Estate. The lecture introduced the current market of property in China and international communities. Philip also designed a role-playing session for students to practice the land valuation process. Students showed great interest in the lecture. Furthermore, Sally introduced the advantages of UniSA and the programs. Students raised many questions about the programs and life in UniSA and Sally answered all of the questions.
UniSA is in Adelaide, the capital of South Australia. It was founded in 1991 and it is the largest university in South Australia. Though it is young, in 2004 UniSA Business School has been accredited by EQUIS, rated as the top 1% business school in the world. Currently, BNUZ and UniSA have collaborated 2+2 programmes in two majors, including Human Resource Management and Property Development and Management.
