Vice President of RMIT University (Australia) Visited BNUZ

On May 23, 2012, Prof. On Kit Tam, vice president of RMIT University (Australia), visited BNUZ, which is a return visit since BNUZ Delegation visited RMIT University in early May. Prof. Ailan Fu, vice president of BNUZ, Prof. Baosheng An, dean of School of Engineering Technology, Prof. Zhengsheng Yin, dean of School of Design, Prof. Linming Wang, vice dean of School of Design, Prof. Yuhua Ni, deputy dean of School of Information Technology, Mr. Fei Hou, assistant to dean of School of Management, Prof. Kai Zhang from School of Engineering Technology, Prof. Chunyan Gan, director of Office of International Affairs received the visitor and held the meeting at the International Center.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed cooperative programs which are already discussed during BNUZ’s visit to RMIT University and had in-depth discussion about Master Program, reaching initial intentions to cooperate in the major of Computer, Design, Architecture and Human Resources Management with the cooperative mode of 3.5+1.5, 3+2. The meeting concluded in a friendly atmosphere. Both institutions decided to sign a memorandum of understanding soon and carry out the first step for the two institution’s substantial cooperation.


During Prof. Tam’s visit to BNUZ, he also toured the campus, and expressed his amazement for BNUZ’s fast development in the past few years.
