On the morning of 2nd July, the group of 16 students from Beijing Normal University Zhuhai arrived in Sydney, Australia for their study tour. They will travel to Sydney and Melbourne in the following four weeks to experience the study and culture of Australia.
In the first day, BNUZ group visited Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and the University of Sydney. Apart from the sightseeing, students stayed with homestay family during their visit. Homestay is one of the highlights of this programme as students could not only explore more about Australian local culture, but also improve their English speaking and independent ability.
In the next day, students began their first week study in Macquarie University. The whole study tour is divided into two parts, the first part is in Macquarie University in Sydney and the second part will be held in Monash University in Melbourne, studying business English, leadership development and business communication skills. Students also have a chance to visit local enterprises, which can help them gain a comprehensive impression of Australia.
