The visiting group consisting of 24 teachers and students from Suwon Youth Center and Ajou University paid a 5-day-visit to BNUZ from December 20 to 25, through which they gain an understanding of the industry development and achievement of social and economic construction of Zhuhai.

During the visit, the Vice Secretary of the School Committee of Communist Youth League, Li Nan, made a brief introduction concerning students’ self development, the construction of campus culture, students’ volunteer service and so on.

A vivid presentation about the students’ colorful cultural activities of our school was made by the Students’ Union, Students’ Association Union, and the Liyun Volunteer Association via PPT and videos.

Professor Zhang Bingrun from Ajou University introduced the basic condition, teaching feature, and talent cultivation of their university. Gao Shuya, a teacher from Suwon Youth Center, also showed the students the basic condition of Suwon Youth Center.

During the meeting, all parties expressed their intentions of further cooperation and communication.

On the evening of December 24, the School Committee of Communist Youth League prepared a China-Korea Christmas Eve’s dinner for the guests. Students of the School Art Troupe, Diabolo Club, Suwon Youth Center and Ajou University presented wonderful performances, creating a joyful Christmas atmosphere.

The Korean Visiting group focus on the achievement of economic construction that Zhuhai and Macao have made in the recent years. They also knew about the construction plan of Hengqin New Area, the characteristic product of Doumen and the high-end manufacturing and service industry, high-tech industry, characteristic marine economy, ecological agriculture including tourism and aircraft industry.
