Captained by Mr Karl Grziwa and accompanied by Mr. Xuejun Zhao (deputy head of Zhuhai Bureau of Foreign Affairs), delegations fromBraunschweig (Germany) City Council visited BNUZ. Prof. Wei Tang, Party Secretary of BNUZ, and Dr. Pansy Gan, Director of Office of International Affairs, welcomed the visitors at the international centre.

Prof. Tang extended his warm greetings to the delegation, gave a brief introduction of BNUZ, and expressed the intention of initiating various cooperation with the counter part, including talent development, teaching and research, faculty exchange, etc. The chairman of Braunschweig City Council expressed his appreciation to the hospitality of BNUZ, also sent his invitation to BNUZ leaders to visit Braunschweig at convenience. Moreover, both parties agreed to develop substantial cooperation in the future.

The delegations toured around BNUZ campus as well, and were amazed by the beautiful scenery of the school.Braunschweig (Germany) is one of the friend cities of Zhuhai. Mr. Qingli Wang, Vice mayor of Zhuhai once visited Braunschweig in June 2011.
