BNUZ Fully Complete Overseas Summer Programs

In the past mini-term and summer vacation, there are around 400 BNUZ students participated in various overseas summer programs organized by BNUZ departments and faculties through cooperation with partner universities in different countries. Those specially designed courses and activities enable our students to acquire knowledge and at the same time get touch to local culture.

58 students attended summer programs held in Canada, which we have delivered detailed report already. 25 students participated in Business English summer program in Tainan University of Technology, Taiwan. 23 versatile students were invited by Marche Folk Group Union (Italy) to perform in Sferistero for a national folk art festival.

Apart from programs organized by the university, different schools at BNUZ also organized colorful summer programs for their students. On June 23, 2012, 10 students from International Business Faculty arrived in France and studied Cross-cultural Management and European Marketing in Audencia Nantes School of Management. After that, they got opportunity to tour around Brussels, Hague, Luxembourg and Paris and so forth to know better about European culture and history. There are other 23 International Business Faculty students participated in study tour program of College of Mount Saint Vincent, 39 students toured and studied in Kangnam University, Korea.

School of Arts and Communication sent 19 students to Korea to study Visual Effect Practice in Science Fiction and end the course with a presentation of creation work. There are also 14-day summer program to Italy and 23-student tour and study program, to Singapore etc. School of Management, School of Logistics, School of Information Technology all organized visit and study programs to Macau and Hong Kong.

The above colorful summer programs show BNUZ’s emphasis on educational innovation and international communication. Those activities can help our students to observe the world with a more global perspective.
