BNUZ Won Grand Slam in the 2nd Aoyuan Contest of Real Estate Business Star

On May 4th, the 2nd Aoyuan Contest of Real Estate Business Star, which hosted by BNUZ School of Real Estate and Aoyuan Group Ltd., and organized by BNUZ Association of Real Estate Operation Research, was successfully completed in Guangzhou. In the awarding ceremony, three prizes including the Excellent Planning Prize, the Best Creative Awards and the Best Group Awards were announced. BNUZ students Tian Liang from School of Real Estate won the first prize, Zhengqi Liu from School of Logistics won the second prize, and Xin Yang from School of Foreign Languages won the third prize.

This contest covers the region of Pearl River Delta. Based on the cooperation of BNUZ Association of Real Estate Operation Research and Aoyuan Group Ltd., this year’s competition has a larger scale, more participated students and universities, and more creative model.

Carrying out by groups, the project of semi-finals was developing a one-year marketing plan for Aoyuan Plaza. As presented plans were of high quality, the designed number of 20 participants selected to the finals increased to 30. Presentations of sandbox should be made in the finals in taking Aoyuan Health Plaza as an example. In receiving interview after the competition, some judges said that BNUZ students were very impressive, who had not only shown great confidence, but also demonstrated strong abilities of quick response and communication skills.

Then BNUZ students also participated in the talent performance, with wonderful shows including piano and vocal solo. The performance received long-time applause from the judges and audiences, which also demonstrated the all-round development of contemporary university students.

Finally, BNUZ vice president Bofei Yan, vice president of the School of Real Estate Lingdi Tang, and the CEO of Aoyuan Group Ltd. participated in the awarding ceremony, and gave prizes to individual and groups. The first prize winner student Tian Liang expressed that it was really exciting to win the prize, but what more attractive was to meet a lot of friends with the same interest and learn through team work.
