At 9:30am, April 27, 2013, opening ceremony of Private Investment and Legal Protection (Zhuhai) Seminar was held grandly at Congress Hall of International Center. This seminar was organized by the Federation of Private Enterprises in China and the China Legal Aid Foundation,, co-organized by BNUZ and Difficult Case Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law. International Business Faculty and School of Real Estate of BNUZ and so forth undertook this seminar.

The opening ceremony was chaired by Mr. LIU Wanzhong, deputy director-general of Federation of Private Enterprises in China. Guests include Mr. JIANG Zhenghua, vice head of Tenth National People's Congress and honorary president of Federation of Private Enterprises in China, Mr. LI Yining, member of The Standing Committee of the CPPCC and famous economist in China etc. Ms. LONG Guangyan, vice mayor of Zhuhai City, Mr. WU Zhongkui, vice president of BNUZ, Mr. LI Yiping, head of International Business Faculty and students in China private enterprise CEO senior class as well as outstanding private entrepreneurs from across the country attended the opening ceremony.

Prof. LI Yining delivered a key-note speech, with the theme of deepening reform and strengthening confidence, he expressed his views of promoting urbanization by construction of new and old urban areas; income distribution system reform should be based on the reform of initial distribution and so forth. Mr. JIANG Zhenghua pointed out that the proportion of private investment is on the rise. We shall continue to improve the legal system, strengthen law enforcement efforts.

In the next one and a half seminar discussion session, guests and participating entrepreneurs exchanged ideas actively on the themes of economic reform based on the legal protection, spirit of innovation of private enterprises and so forth. This seminar was arranged in tight schedule, participants’ insightful views and inspiring speeches as well as wonderful case analysis all contribute to a nice seminar.
