BNUZ Successfully Held a Sharing Session of Foreign Expert Management

In order to better serve the teaching divisions and improve exchange between administration departments and schools, BNUZ Offices of International Affairs and Personnel held a sharing session of foreign expert management jointly. In the afternoon of April 18th, secretaries in charge of foreign affairs from 15 schools participated in the meeting.

The sharing session was chaired by the Director of Office of International Affairs Dr. Chunyan GAN. Associate Dean of the School of Foreign Languages Wenting Xie and the secretary of foreign affairs Yuanxin Tan shared their experience of recruiting foreign experts. Teacher Huiling Wang from the Office of International Affairs introduced the working procedures in BNUZ of hiring professionals from foreign countries, some precautions and the related regulations in China.

During interactive part of the meeting, heated discussions were carried out around topics of recruiting and managing foreign experts. Director of the Personnel Office Guohong Zhao answered raised questions, and further emphasized that the university always supports the work of employing foreign teachers according to individual needs and requirements of teaching departments. Through this way, BNUZ teaching staff team can be enriched.
