In the afternoon of June 6, 2013, Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) delegates visited BNUZ, including Dr. Dominic Dillance, dean of School of Hospitality Management and Tourism, Dr.James Curtin, dean of School of Food Science and Environmental Health, Dr. YANG Liu, China International Program Manager. Prof. FU Ailan, vice president of BNUZ, Prof. AN Baosheng, dean of School of Engineer Technology, Prof. ZHONG Yong, dean of School of Sports and Leisure, Dr. GAN Chunyan, director of Office of International Affairs received the guests at the fourth floor of International Center.

At the beginning of the meeting, on behalf of BNUZ, Dr. GAN expressed warm welcome to the delegation and introduced basic information about BNUZ. Then Dr. Curtin and Dr. Dillance thank for BNUZ’s welcome and gave introduction about DIT and its School of Hospitality Management and Tourism and School of Food Science and Environmental Health. After that, two sides held heated group discussion on the proposed study abroad and credit recognition program. At the end, Prof. FU met with three guests. Both sides hope that two universities could share friendly relationship with the help of specific programs in the near future.
DIT delegation also visited the campus and labs of School of Engineer Technology accompanied by member of Office of International Affairs. They all praised the nice environment and teaching facilities.
