In the evening of May 17th, 2013, the Closing Ceremony of Ninth Girl’s Festival Touching BNUZ Evening Party (The night of river lanterns) was held grandly in from of Huitongfang, which also marks the successfully end of the over one-month Girl’s Festival.

The event gave 10 people the “Touching BNUZ” award, including HUANG Minliang, MA Ziwei, LIANG Lulian ,YANG Dandan, QIU Xiaohan, who devoted themselves to acquiring knowledge and serving the community, who try their best to do something for the vulnerable group in the society and aren’t afraid of difficulty for their dreams. Apart from them, several dorm housekeepers and workers at the student canteen also got award due to their thoughtfulness and devotion to student services. A special award also give to all BNUZ students,for their kindness that show after the Sichuan Ya’an earthquake.

This evening party also presented programs of singing, street dance, walk show and so forth. After the show, BNUZ Student Union and schools’ Student Union display exquisite river lanterns students designed and sent their best wishes for girls. Then, students wrote down their wishes in small river lanterns and put them into one of BNUZ’s campus lakes called Lize Lake.
