In the evening of October 27th, the 31st Zhuhai “Voice of the Coast” Music Festival and the 5th Zhuhai Choral Festival was held. The Festival were jointly sponsored by Zhuhai Municipal propaganda Department, Zhuhai Culture Sports and Tourism Bureau, Zhuhai Municipal Civilization Office with altogether 17 teams participating in the choral competition for educational group. Though it is the first time to participate in such competition, BNUZ won the Gold Award with the highest score and also won Prize for the Best Organization.

BNUZ Chorus was founded in 2012, and its members include BNUZ teachers and students in age from 18 to 75. It is the first time for the chorus to attend such municipal choral competition since its foundation. Members of the chorus practiced very hard and even gave up their spare time preparing for the competition. Moreover, the competition also got great support from the senior leaders of BNUZ. Their participation in the competition is such a great morale for the chorus. With joint efforts top-down, the chorus won the champion of the night with its outstanding performance.
