On January 15th, the KOMMUNIKATION UND KULTURAUS TAUSCH design exhibition of German and Chinese students was successfully held in BNUZ library. 80 design works from BNUZ and DFI (Design Factory International in the College of Communication Art and New Media) were exhibited.

Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Guangzhou Mr. Stefan Gallon, consultant from Brand Academy - Hochschule für Kommunikation und Management - University of Applied Sciences Mr. Reinhard Stuth, Dean of DFI Prof. Shan Fan, Vice President of BNUZ Prof. Fu Ailan, Dean of School of Design Prof. Xu Yafei, Director of BNUZ Office of International Exchange and Communication Dr. Gan Chunyan, and Director of Sino-German Cooperation Program, Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai teacher Zhang Yiping attended the opening ceremony and cut the ribbon for the exhibition.

Excellent students' works from both Germany and Chinese universities during these years were exhibited, more than 20 of which won prizes of Gold Cannes Press Lions, UK D & AD, New York ADC and other international design prizes. The exhibited works include creative concept design, mobile APP design, and product marketing design. The invited guests visited the exhibition accompanied with DFI teachers and students. They highly valued the exhibition, and expressed great hope to see more excellent student’s works in the future.

This exhibition is aimed to show the teaching achievement of BNUZ and DFI in the field of design, to review the outstanding results of 12 years of collaborative program, and to share the progress of international exchange based on mutual communication.
