In the morning of May 9th, the agreement signing and plate awarding ceremony was held in Rossini Watch, Ltd., Zhuhai Branch as scheduled. Prof. Xu Yafei, Dean of BNUZ School of Design, together with other five teachers attended the ceremony and was warmly received by the management team of Rossini Watch, Ltd.
Before the signing ceremony, both sides exchanged enlightening ideas about the practical teaching and scientific-research on majors like graphic design and industrial design. Mr. Jiang Guoliang, General Manager of Rossinni expressed his great willingnesss to further the cooperation with BNUZ on the establishment of teaching base and other communications. Later that day, the agreement of the practice teaching base was signed.
The Agreement with Rossini is not only a recognition of our students’ ability but also a platform for the faculty to improve their study, research and practice skills.
Rossini, national leading watch brand name, is a HK listed company with house-hold names. With the watch-making as its developmental basis, Rossini’s predecessor is a watch case manufacturing factory in Singapore. In 1984, it moved to Zhuhai and became the first Sino-foreign joint venture in China’s watch industry. After decades of marketing and branding, it has become the only Asian Brand Top 500 among China’s watch-making companies and it is now developing itself into an internationally diversified fashion accessory company.
