On May 18th, iIn the final of the 2014“Challenge Cup”Guangdong College Students Entrepreneurship Competition, BNUZ students won one gold award, five silver awards and four bronze award in Business plan, as well as one bronze medal in Entrepreneurial Practice Challenge Contest, and one bronze medal in Social Entrepreneurship Contest.

According to the organizing committee, there are 1065 works from 92 universities chosen into provincial selection, among which 331 won and wententered into the final. In particular, there are 242 for Business Plan Competition, 43 for entrepreneurial practice Challenge, and 46 for Social Entrepreneurship Competition. The number of participating universities and participating works hit a new record.

12 projects from BNUZ has been selected, among which 6 reached the final, including 4 for Business Plan Competition, one for entrepreneurial practice challenge, and one for Social Entrepreneurship cCompetition. Particularly, Li Jinlong’s team won the gold award in the competition of entrepreneurial practice Challenge Contest, being the first BNUZ team that won Gold medal in provincial Challenge Cup and thus refresh the record of BNUZ.

BNUZ also paid high attention to the competition. BNUZ has launched extensive promotion among the campus and held the Entrepreneurship Competition at university level. The number of participated students reached more than 450, gaining collecting altogether 69 works. The competition is truly an important platform for the students to motivate themselves and improve their ability in all round manner.
