On 25th December, Meizhou TV station held Ke Tianxia Cup, the 2nd national contest for TV hosts. In the final contest, Dan Yu, a student from School of Arts and Communication majored in Acting, won the Champion, while Yinan Chen, who majored in Acting, won the runner-up and prize for Most Potential Host. Hanmiao Yu, majored in Acting, won the Excellence Awards. What is more, BUNZ won the prize for Best Organization.
This contest has lasted for three months, and over 1000 competitors from different places and through different channels took part in it. BNUZ students went through five competitions and gained themselves chances into the final contest. The final contest is divided into four sections. And the 14 competitors had a discussion about the improvement of Meizhou TV station's current TV show, and about the solution of emergency. During the discussion, competitors showed their art taste and personal glamour.
This contest had drawn attentions from audience all over China. The natural hosting style and comprehensive ability of BNUZ students had gained praises from experts and audience. The prizes they have won had demonstrated that they are positive and aggressive.
