2012 Annual Conference of China Higher Institution Campus Newspaper Association was held in Wuhan, Hubei Province on 20th December. Mr. Zhaofeng Chu, instructor of Liyun Newspaper, Mr. Haorui Ma, Mr. Yiyuan Ma, Chief Editor, and Mr. Yuqing Feng had attended this conference. 410 campus newspaper editors from 314 universities had exchange ideas at the confererence.

Mr. Jiqiang Xu, teacher from Peking University, the executive director of China Higher Institution Campus Newspaper Association made a summary of 2012. He said that the year 2012 has grant great importance to the reform of China’s education.

The photograph Orienteering, Memorizing BNUZ (by Hang Yi, published on the 107th period), and the review Importance of Humanity Education through Xiaoyueyue’s death (by Qijia Guo, published on the 104th period), won the second prize and the third prize in fields of photography and writing.

Via the efforts of the Liyun team, Liyun newspaper has been published for around 140 periods, becoming the most influent print media, with the biggest circulation in BNUZ. Liyun newspaper records the development of BNUZ. The Liyun team will dedicate more to make Liyun with a bright future.
