In the afternoon of April 19th, the 2nd Aoyuan Contest of Real Estate Business Star was held in Lize Building. This competition was hosted by BNUZ School of Real Estate and Aoyuan Group Ltd., and organized by BNUZ Association of Real Estate Operation Research. The General Manager of Aoyuan Real Estate Investment and Development Center Yongjiang Xiang, Vice President of Investment Department Xianglong Hu, BNUZ Vice President of the School of Real Estate Lingdi Tang, Deputy Secretary Meixin Cao, Office Director Wenli Wang, Department Head Peng Li, and the specialist of real estate policies Quan Liu attended the opening ceremony.

This contest covers the region of Pearl River Delta. Based on the cooperation of BNUZ Association of Real Estate Operation Research and Aoyuan Group Ltd., the competition includes stages of publicity, audition, semi-finals and final contend. With the estimated number of 600-1000 participants from Guangzhou and Zhuhai universities, it aims to provide a new platform for students. While at the same time, companies can explore more talents, and the education mode of BNUZ can be enriched. It is reported that the prize for champion is RMB 10000 (the total prize is more than RMB 3000), with opportunities of internship and formal contract. It attracts students from different schools, and the atmosphere was active.

BNUZ Vice President of the School of Real Estate Lingdi Tang first offered speech to this contest. He expressed that the most important meaning of this competition is to improve participants through developing their relevant knowledge and creativity for the future of real estate business.

After that, the General Manager of Aoyuan Real Estate Investment and Development Center Yongjiang Xiang showed great hopes to this year’s competition. On the basis of last year’s experience, this contest can not only help companies explore talents, but also offer a platform for university students to show themselves. In improving the cooperation between BNUZ and Aoyuan Group Ltd., he welcomes BNUZ graduates internship and work in their company.

The preliminary round begins after ribbon-cutting ceremony. The participants have two minutes’ PPT presentation and 90 seconds’ answering selected questions. With carefully preparation, participated students received well commends from the judges and audiences. It is believed that, as the following stages carried out, the competition will be more exciting based on the better performance of participants.
