On 21^st Nov. 2013, Prof. Eugene R. Tempel, Founding Dean of Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, together with Prof. Gil Latz, Associate Vice President of Indiana University, visited BNUZ. Prof. Fu Ailan, BNUZ Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Wang Jiancheng, Dean of School of Education, Prof. Jin Baocheng, Director of Soong Chingling Education Center on Philanthropy and Dr. Gan Chunyan, Director of International Affairs Office met with the guests in BNUZ International Center.

During the meeting, Prof. Fu Ailan, on behalf of BNUZ, first expressed warm welcome to Prof. Latz and Prof. Tempel for their friendly visit as well as our appreciation for their support to the Soong Chingling Education Center on Philanthropy over the past years. She also acknowledged the great contribution that the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy has made in promoting philanthropic education worldwide. Prof. Latz and Prof. Tempel also expressed their sincere hope to cooperate with us in more programs in the future. Then, two sides had a heated discussion on the details of On-site Instruction Program and reached basic agreement.
