On May 27^th, Prof. Li Fuxian and Prof. Hu Xueyan from Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Kun Shan University of Technology in Taiwan visited BNUZ School of Real Estate. During their visit, they had a meeting with the faculty and gave a special lecture on the Development and Marketing of Real Estate of Leisure: a Case Study on Kending Resort.

In the meeting, Prof. Hu first introduced the overview about the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Kun Shan University of Technology in Taiwan, and then shared their achievements and experience about teaching, research and industrial development. Both sides also held in-depth discussion and communication about the issues like employment trend, talent cultivating and teachers’ assessment.

In the afternoon of May 28^th, Prof. Li and Prof Hu gave a special lecture titled Development and Marketing of Real Estate of Leisure: a Case Study on Kending Resort in BNUZ International Center, which gave a vivid explanation about the real estate of leisure taking the case of Kending Resort in Taiwan and share practical and specialized knowledge about the real estate industry with BNUZ faculty and students.
