Founded in 2003, the School of Design aims to meet the characteristics and needs of modern media and new media by cultivating professionals who excel in innovation and design.

The school had its first batch of graduates in 2008, with an employment rate of 98%; some of the graduates have been promoted to a middle-level managerial position in the industry. The number of undergraduates of the school has reached 1,000; we also set strict limitations on enrolling students in order to ensure the quality.

To meet the demand of the communication design industry, the School adopts an educational model valuing both theory and practice. The teaching staff of the major-oriented courses consists of industrial elites, experts, and foreign teachers. Moreover, domestic and foreign experts are frequently invited to give academic lectures. Emphasis is laid on cultivating students锟斤拷?creativity, taste and fashion awareness.
