In the morning of Nov. 5th, a delegation of five from the Univbersity of New Mexico, US visited BNUZ, including Dr. Robert G. Frank, President of UNM, Dr. Joseph Cecchi, Dean of School of Engineering, Dr. Wei Shu, Deputy Dean of School of Engineering, Dr. Nicole Tami, Director of Global Education, and Ms. Yuqin Jiang, Chief Representative of UNM China Affairs. Prof. Ailan Fu, Vice President of BNUZ, together with the representatives from BNUZ School of Engineering, School of Management, and Office of International Exchanges and Cooperation met with the delegation and had a friendly meeting with them.

First of all, Prof. Fu, on behalf of the university, expressed warm welcome for their visit and then staff from BNUZ office of International Exchanges and Cooperation made an introduction about BNUZ and the international development. Next, both sides had an in-depth discussion about the 3+2 M.A. program and 2+2 program on management-related majors. Both sides reached an agreement on the cooperative program on 3+2 program in engineering.

During their visit, the delegation also toured around the campus and visited the labs in School of Engineering Technology and they are impressed about the beautiful natural environment, superb facilities and the advanced equipment in the lab.
