On December 5th, President and Vice Chancellor Emeritus Prof. Colin Dodds visited BNUZ. Prof. Ailan Fu, Executive Vice President, and related officials of International Business Faculty (IBF), Mathematics School, School of Management, Franchise Management School and Office of International Exchange & Cooperation welcomed guests and had a meeting in Muduo Building.

On behalf of BNUZ, Prof. Ailan Fu extended a warm welcome and highly praised the contributions of Prof. Dodds in deepening the cooperation and friendship between SMU and BNUZ. After that, Prof. Dodds introduced the Postgraduate Programme of Finance of SMU with 14 years history in detail and both sides made close discussion in teaching methods, curriculum provision and graduation destinations of this programme.

In the afternoon, Prof. Dodds delivered a lecture “Internationalization of RMB” in BNUZ. Prof. Ailan Fu, Dean of Confucius Institute of SMU Prof. Yufan Bao, vice presidents of Agricultural Bank of China Jinding Branch Mr. Weijun Wan and Mr. Dong Chen, and teachers and students of IBF and School of Management attended this lecture. After the lecture, Prof. Dodds had a positive exchange with teachers and students on the Chinese economy development and internationalization of RMB.
