BNUZ Students Win the Guo Xin Chang Tian Cup of Guangdong Division

The result of the 3rd Guo Xin Chang Tian Cup — National Electronic Technology Competition (NETC) was revealed on 15th November 2011. Lusheng Xu, the BNUZ student majored in Electronic Information Science and Technology, who is also a member of Electronic Innovation Lab, won the first prize in MCU design and development in Guangdong Division Congress. Representing BNUZ team, he will participate in the final competition in Beijing in middle December. Mannan Liu, another student from the same major won the third prize.


NETC is a national congress hosted by Talent Exchange Center, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is one of the most significant electronic competitions in China during recent years. About 4,000 students from over 300 universities participate in NETC this year.

School of Information and Technology of BNUZ always attaches great importance to develop sound theoretical basis, and enhance practical abilities of students. It encourages students to take part in scientific research projects, establishes project teams, and creates favorable condition by establishing practice base and providing tutors. Up till now, there have been dozens of students getting good results in various national and provincial electronic technology competitions.
